Rules for visiting Willow Haven Rabbitry

All guests must be 5 years of age and older (this is for the safety of our bunnies). Please message about exceptions if you’re bringing siblings, but absolutely no children under the age of 5 will be allowed in the snuggle room. Ages 5-9 will share a bunny with an accompanied adult at all times. Children 10 and older will be allowed to hold their own bunny but we reserve the right to ask an accompanying adult to supervise if necessary for the safety of the bunnies.

Bunny fur and hay is EVERYWHERE here – I wouldn’t recommend coming if you have allergies

Bunnies are fragile animals and we require that you listen to all instructions and rules upon arrival to ensure their health and safety. We reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund if you cannot abide by our instructions.

Bunnies are animals and as such can be unpredictable. Please know that it is possible for a bunny to bite or scratch and we are not responsible for injury.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your visit for the health of other guests, our family, and the bunnies.

Hand washing/sanitizing will be required frequently during your visit to ensure the health of our herd.

Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted up to 1 week in advance. Within a week of your scheduled session, no refunds will be issued but your reservation can be transferred. Please just message us at willowhavenrabbitry@yahoo.com to inform us of the change. If Willow Haven Rabbitry has to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances of weather, animal related variables, or sickness of our employees, we will reach out to offer a refund or reschedule date.
Willow Haven Rabbitry’s Sales Policies

A 50% deposit is required to hold a bunny and prices are not negotiable.

We do not keep a waiting list, so until a deposit is received, the bunny is available (questions do not hold a bunny).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale.

All bunnies will have a health assessment by us prior to leaving our care, but once they leave our facility all responsibility of illness, injury, or death (including vet bills) is the buyer’s.

We do not guarantee the following: gender (young rabbits can be tricky to determine!), temperament, fertility, genetic defects, or show wins.

If we are able, we will accept a returned bunny for rehoming but no refund or payment will be issued.

We work with transport, but you must discuss it with us prior to arranging with a transporter.
